Reflection paragraph on findings

Trying to become a preschool teacher is not that bad but just coming right out of college will be hard for you to get a job. Most important facts I learned the most was the education that are require for preschool teachers. The one that surprised me was the salary one because I wounding why that preschool, high school, and elementary school teachers want get paid the same. The questions that I still have is why when you first get out of college it takes forever to get a job. I feel like that this will be a great thing for me. The reason I say this because I love dealing with little children and teaching is something that I always wanted to do as I was growing up.

http://www.iseek.org/careers/careerDetail?id=8&oc=100420
http://nieer.org/resources/policybriefs/3.pdf

The hiring process of becoming a preschool teacher probably be difficulty once a person get out of college and get their degree. Becoming a preschool teacher or by getting hiring a person have to be professional and not a person with a bad attitude. "Employers look for teachers who have good communication skills and can inspire trust and confidence. They prefer teachers who can motivate students and understand their educational and emotional needs. They prefer teachers who can deal with disruptive children and provide firm but fair discipline. Employers look for teachers who are energetic, organized, dependable, patient, and creative" (http://www.iseek.org/careers/careerDetail?id=8&oc=100420).  If a person is hiring someone they want them to be able to talk well in their kind of business not someone that don't know what they doing. They try to motivate students and understand their educational and emotionally needs that they are having. Being a preschool teacher they expect that a teacher has energetic, organized, dependable, patient, and creative. " Research has found that compen sation also matters for teacher morale and for teaching behaviors that directly contribute to educational effectiveness, even apart from the teacher's formal education" (http://nieer.org/resources/policybriefs/3.pdf). It's really trying to say is that becoming a teacher your child hood effects on how your career will be.
