Their are many experiences of being a preschool teacher. "Preschool and kindergarten teachers help children build self-esteem and learn how to behave with others"(http://www.iseek.org/careers/careerDetail?id=8&oc=100420).
Preschool teachers helps children build their self-esteem and learn how to behave with others because some of them is not use to being round different people they don't know. Many preschool teachers recognize the importance of play for children is development and learning and emphasize play in their classroom."Many preschool teachers children learn dat the important thing about preschool is learning and they get to have fun in play in their classroom. "Although theories of children's learning have changed throughout history, in most theories, play is viewed as an act of learning or as an object of learning (i.e., play means something by itself and therefore is of value for children's well-being) (Pramling Samuelsson & Asplund-Carlsson, 2003)". Although that having so many experiences things change know everything is most about learning or how to learn.
